Transformation Through Reconciliation

We all face conflicts — at work, in our families, and even at church. Sometimes, we are able to reach personal reconciliation and mutually agreeable solutions on our own.

At other times, we need help.

Live at Peace Ministries helps individuals, couples, families, churches and organizations mend broken and hurting relationships in a restorative conciliation or intervention process. If you are facing a conflict that seems insurmountable, Live at Peace Ministries' reconciliation services can provide you with professional, biblical assistance.

Our staff members are experts in biblical conflict resolution. Most are Certified Christian Conciliators™ with the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries.

Mediation

Live at Peace Ministries utilizes an effective six-stage mediation process for resolving disputes in a way that encourages forgiveness, promotes reconciliation, and preserves valuable relationships. Most mediations are 2-3 days in length.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching are individual sessions designed to help people experiencing conflict prepare to resolve their conflict in private attempts. However, conflict coaching is an important part of Live at Peace Ministries' reconciliation process by helping parties prepare for a productive mediation. Check out our Conflict Coaching podcast.

R&R Week

Where can couples and families experiencing serious conflict go to get real help? Live at Peace Ministries offers an R&R Week — Reconciliation & Restoration Week — specifically designed to address deep-rooted, pervasive conflict.

This special week involves the best of a redemptive mediation process (Monday and Friday) with intensive biblical counseling (Tuesday through Thursday). Issues surfaced in Monday's meeting are worked on during the week. Friday's mediation help solidify a follow-up plan of restoration and healing.

Intervention Services

Complex organizational and church-related disputes can reach resolution in a redemptive forum through Live at Peace Ministries' intervention services. Intervention services blend mediation, educational and consulting components into a custom-tailored process designed to address even the most pervasive conflicts.
