Your organization is assisted in taking immediate steps toward professional and ethical counseling and mediation operations.

Along with this valuable document, consultation hours are provided to help review, revise and revitalize your counseling and reconciliation ministry operations.

Board Governance Package

The importance of structuring, training and equipping your Board of Directors cannot be overstated. A Board of Directors Manual is provided to help move your non-profit endeavor from average to excellent. Following an extensive pre-meeting process, strategic planning is done on site with your senior staff and board members, helping them embrace and further the organization's mission and vision with passion.
