Live at Peace Ministries is committed to serving the local church and offers several equipping and training opportunities:

• Peacemaking Partnerships
  Educating, equipping and encouraging church-based peacemaking teams in developing conflict coaches, case administrators and mediators
• Live Training Events
  "Transformative Counseling: A Redemptive Approach" is a 3-day experiential training event offered by Live at Peace Ministries for lay and professional counselors
• Seminars and Workshops
  Using biblically faithful principles, we offer seminars, workshops, and classes on a variety of topics

Ministry-minded individuals find the authentic community of Live at Peace Ministries a place to grow in spiritual maturity and professional competence through several "In House" programs:

• Counseling Internship Program
  Equipping graduate students in counseling as they complete their one-year practical experience requirement. The Internship Program is specifically designed to help students in graduate counseling programs complete their practicum requirements. Students from Covenant Theological Seminary, as well as other institutions of higher learning in St. Louis, are encouraged to apply for our selective internship positions.
• Reconciler Coaching Program
  Training individuals pursuing certification with the Institute for Christian Conciliation in "hands on" co-mediating experience with well trained and seasoned Certified Christian Conciliators. The Reconciler Coaching Program provides a unique opportunity to advance reconciliation skills while receiving intensive, personal feedback as part of a mediation team. Real-life client participants comment that this unforgettable and profound experience equips them for mediation ministry in ways no other training can.
• Counseling Residency Program
  Preparing graduates of counseling programs, under the care of seasoned supervisors, to develop expertise while pursuing licensure as professional counselors. The Residency Program provides a safe and intimate learning environment for graduates of counseling and seminary programs as they prepare for the rigors of ministry. Most participants complete a two year residency as they pursue the Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Christian Conciliator credentials. Gifted residents may be offered a formal staff position at Live at Peace Ministries.
